Welcome to the Department of CSE-Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Ramachandra College of Engineering . Our department is dedicated to fostering an environment of outstanding education, cutting-edge research, and innovation in the field of AI & ML. The department was established in the year 2022-2023 with an initial intake of 60 students, and from the academic year 2023-2024 the college nurtured as Autonomous and the department strength with an increased intake to 120 students. Graduates of B.Tech., in CSE (AI & ML) will acquire Computer Science & Engineering skills with an additional expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to work across many domains, including medicine, finance, robotics, and business intelligence.

  • To make all students Industry Ready.
  • To impart training so that they will get valuable certifications in the areas of Applied Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision and NLP etc.

Dr. B. Sarada is a distinguished figure in the realm of Machine Learning, boasting a Doctorate in the field of Machine Learning and an impressive 25 years of combined teaching and research experience. Their exceptional contributions to academia include 10 published works in esteemed journals indexed in SCI and Scopus, focusing primarily on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Dr. Sarada's research interests lie in utilizing AI to analyze medical images and detect diseases in patients, especially in underserved rural areas. Their dedication to innovation spans across various facets of AI/ML, showcasing a passion for both theoretical knowledge and practical applications. Dr. Sarada's profound commitment to shaping young minds and advancing the frontiers of AI and ML makes them an invaluable asset to our academic community.
